Capgemini is seeking a PostgreSQL Database Administrator with 4+ years of production PostgreSQL experience. You will install, configure, upgrade PostgreSQL databases and related tools, monitor performance, perform tuning and query optimization, and implement backup and recovery strategies. You will work with replication (streaming, logical), clustering, and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability. This role offers exposure to global clients and collaboration across Capgemini’s AI, cloud, and data initiatives.

Your role
- 4+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL DBA in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL internals, architecture, and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL.
- Experience with replication (streaming, logical), clustering, and failover mechanisms.
