Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced SAP Basis professional to manage and administer SAP Basis environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. The role includes installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintaining SAP systems across landscapes. The candidate will monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for high availability, while collaborating with functional and technical teams on integrations and migrations. You will ensure compliance with security standards and implement best practices for SAP Basis operations.

Your Role
- Manage and administer SAP Basis environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of SAP systems across landscapes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for high availability.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system integrations and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and implement best practices for SAP Basis operations.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and system management.
- Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and cloud/hybrid deployments.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and transport management.
- Hands-on experience with backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex SAP landscapes.
