Seeking an SAP HANA Basis consultant to lead migration and upgrade activities. The role requires Oracle as source DB and HANA as target, AIX OS, STMS and DMO advanced skills, and potential BTP connectivity work. Responsibilities include performance tuning, SAP system architecture and connectivity assessments, and working independently with minimal guidance. This position targets experienced professionals capable of delivering end-to-end migration projects.
Job Description
- Oracle since this is the source DB
- HANA since this is the target DB
- AIX since this is the source and possibly the target OS
- Upgrade and Migration skills mandatory since this is a migration project. So STMS , DMO Advanced skills mandatory
- BTP since we might have to migrate connectivity from current BTP to another Landing zone or on-prem infra
- Advanced performance tuning since Oracle and HANA are totally different beasts when it comes to performance tuning.
- SAP system architecture and connectivity since the whole architecture might undergo a change.
- An independent performer needing almost nil guidance and hand holding.
