YOUR ROLE

  • Administer, configure and maintain SQL Server environments (installation, updates, patching).
  • Manage backups, restorations and ensure service continuity.
  • Monitor database performance, availability and overall health.
  • Administer Windows Server environments and related components.
  • Implement security, high availability and replication solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 technical incidents and contribute to operational documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in IT or related field, between 5 and 10 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in SQL Server administration (2016, 2019 or later versions).
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with backup, monitoring, and high availability solutions (AlwaysOn, clustering).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
  • High level of autonomy, rigor, and ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, French would be an asset.
