Your role

•Participation in the implementation of projects requiring IT components – applications, modules, information systems;
•Analyzing requirements from business stakeholders to create technical requirements CRD (Change Request Document);
•Communicating and supporting technical requirements to external partners (communication exclusively in English);
•Proposing solutions to optimize operational processes and preparing technical specifications, in accordance with project requirements;
•Providing support during the project as well as after its implementation (application testing, user training);
•Ensuring L2 support for applications and systems under responsibility;
•Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams within the company group;
•Conducting training sessions for users and key users from various departments involved in the implemented projects, creating support documents for training as well as procedures for the functionalities of the implemented projects.


Your profile:
•Completed higher education (preferably IT or Technical profile);
•Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
•Experience in implementing IT projects (3-5 years);
•Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills;
•Good skills in analyzing and documenting technical or operational process diagrams;
•Good command of the English language;

•Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and integration skills;
•Enhanced ability to understand retail/logistics operational processes;
•Experience with performing configurations as well as optimizations in ERP systems and/or logistics systems (WMS);
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) / previous experience working with Jira.


Hybrid role- 3 days /week on site Bucharest office
