Tableau/Power BI Developer in Capgemini Engineering's OMA Lab team, delivering end-to-end analytical solutions and partnering with the client’s Product Owner and Technical Lead. Focus is transforming business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models, with responsibilities including building and iterating dashboards, defining KPIs, producing ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts, and supporting Snowflake data modeling. The role will involve guiding power users in self-service analytics and maintaining data quality dashboards and pipelines, with an immediate assignment on Power BI dashboard C0080 – Site Oversight (first version due end of December, enhancements through January–February). Ideal candidates are hands-on BI developers with strong SQL/Snowflake skills, data modeling understanding, and willingness to learn new BI tools.

YOUR ROLE

You will work as a Tableau/Power BI Developer within the OMA Lab team, delivering end-to-end analytical solutions and partnering closely with the client’s Product Owner and Technical Lead. Your focus is transforming business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
• Define KPIs, calculations and contribute to the semantic layer.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts.
• Support Snowflake data modeling (tables/views).
• Guide power users in self-service analytics.
• Maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines.
Immediate assignment:
Power BI dashboard C0080 – Site Oversight, first version due end of December, enhancements through January–February.

YOUR PROFILE

A hands-on BI developer with strong analytical thinking, able to decompose problems and deliver practical solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Tableau or Power BI (one required).
• Strong SQL and Snowflake (procedures, functions, views).
• Good understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to quickly learn new BI tools.
Soft Skills
• Problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Ownership and proactive mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains.

Nice to Have
• Pharma/clinical trials knowledge.
• Experience with data quality frameworks.
• Agile delivery experience.
