Castleton Commodities International (CCI) is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day management, data quality, and continuous enhancement of the firm’s enterprise Master Data Management platform, TIBCO EBX. You will collaborate with an offshore support team, business data owners, and technology partners to ensure master data is complete, trusted, and available to trading, risk, finance, and analytics applications. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health, troubleshooting data issues, managing the ServiceNow work queue, contributing to data model designs, and validating releases delivered through a structured SDLC using Jira. The role involves providing L2/L3 support for TIBCO EBX, maintaining master/reference data, monitoring application jobs and integrations, and managing incident and service requests. You will also partner with data owners to design and extend EBX data models and workflows, resolve data errors, develop data quality dashboards, coordinate testing of configuration changes, author and execute test scripts, champion change-control best practices, analyze recurring data defects for automation opportunities, deliver training, and support audit and compliance requests. The position requires a minimum of 5 years experience with commercial MDM platforms, proficiency in SQL and a scripting language, experience with ServiceNow and Jira, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include exposure to energy or commodity trading reference data, familiarity with data governance tools, knowledge of API integrations and cloud data platforms, and ITIL certification.
