Job Description Data Operations Analyst Analyst at Checkout.com As a Data Operations Analyst at Checkout.com, you will be responsible for operationalizing data requests and building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the Operations organization, interfacing with our BI/Analytics team to curate roadmap and scope Data Model buildout, establish data quality assurance processes, scripts, and dashboards in order provide oversight on data transformation across internal systems, and provide direct support to our Commercial and Operations end users related to questions about internal reporting or customer insights. What you will be doing: - Manage data syncs and content automation platforms, improve/enhance reporting templates, and help create enablement content for end-users - Support the compilation of recurring executive reporting collateral in our Operations and Commercial departments - Build and maintain data-driven data quality assurance scripts and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to action and remediate any discrepancies. - Operationalize data requests through the form of visual dashboards, informal ad-hoc reports, queries, or manual compilation. Work to scale and automate this with the support of the BI/Analytics organization. - Build Payments analytics expertise and support end-users in the Commercial organization with questions regarding Merchant performance insights About You - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field - 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with some exposure to sales, marketing, or operational data. (Relevant internships or academic projects are a plus!) - Basic understanding of analytical concepts and techniques. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization - Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment If you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
