Role overview
As Technology Service Analyst / Application Owner, you ensure the stability, compliance, and evolution of key local payment applications while collaborating with business teams, global IT, and external providers.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of local payment applications (Cheques, LCR...). This includes phases such as writing requirements, tests definition and execution, promotion in production.
- Ensure operational stability and coordinate Level 2/3 support.
- Maintain and monitor compliance with governance, security, change and risk frameworks.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, cybersecurity teams and maintain documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Skills
- Proven experience in IT application management (must‑have).
- Knowledge of IT project management and ITIL principles (essential).
- Understanding of SQL and Windows Server environments (essential).
- Knowledge of Cheques / LCR payment products.
- Strong communication, analytical mindset, teamwork, autonomy, and customer orientation.
