Role overview

As Technology Service Analyst / Application Owner, you ensure the stability, compliance, and evolution of key local payment applications while collaborating with business teams, global IT, and external providers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of local payment applications (Cheques, LCR...). This includes phases such as writing requirements, tests definition and execution, promotion in production.
  • Ensure operational stability and coordinate Level 2/3 support.
  • Maintain and monitor compliance with governance, security, change and risk frameworks.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, cybersecurity teams and maintain documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT application management (must‑have).
  • Knowledge of IT project management and ITIL principles (essential).
  • Understanding of SQL and Windows Server environments (essential).
  • Knowledge of Cheques / LCR payment products.
  • Strong communication, analytical mindset, teamwork, autonomy, and customer orientation.
