SAP BASIS - Manager
Job description

•    Candidate should be Basis consultant having at least 7-11 years of experience in handling ECC/CRM/SRM/BW,Oracle 9i/10g, AIX / HP-UX / Linux & Windows
•    Should have experience in handling at least 1 implementation, migration and/or Upgrade project along with post implementation projects. 
•    Should have sound knowledge of R/3 Basis and Netweaver ABAP Stack. Exposure to Java stack / BI/XI desirable. 
•    HANA Installation and Administration experience
•    SAP Solution Manager experience with basic and advanced configuration 
•    Experience handling at least mid-sized SAP installation 
•    Exposure to Backup/Restore/Recovery of SAP/Oracle installations, Server Monitoring and optimizing techniques & HANA Databases 
•    Experience working/leading teams, good problem solving & communication skills.
•    Experience in Single -Sign On, Web Dispatcher
•    Assistance provided in backup/recovery and DR strategy
•    SAP ERP systems and MS SQL database installation and/or upgrades and change management by means of implementing support packages
•    SAP Basis administration Supports – 

    Performance monitoring & tuning, Problem analysis & resolution, and other activities required to maintain system integrity.
    SAP administration on UNIX & Windows
    System /System copy 
    ABAP+Java-dual stack
    Add-on and Support Pack application and troubleshooting
    Kernel Upgrade
    Client copy and export-import
    TMS administration and configuration and troubleshooting Transport errors
    SAP system monitoring and thorough analysis of issues
    SAP parameter change, operation mode setup, Logon group setup
    SAP Role based Authorization knowledge - Role creation and modification
    Spool administration and troubleshooting spool/printer issues
    OSS Note application

•    Administer the SAP database (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.).
•    Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
•    Enterprise Portal Administration/ Trex Administration
•    Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside) and must have good communication and analytical skills.
•    Must be able work on  shifts

Qualifications 

•    Educational background: University degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems etc.) or equivalent experience in IT
•    Good understanding of ITIL, Service standard processes (certification preferred)
