EY is seeking a Staff-level IAM professional with deep IGA experience and Saviynt expertise to drive implementation and integration projects. The role requires functional knowledge of JML, access certification, approvals, and reports, plus hands-on Saviynt implementation (minimum 2 years) and multiple project deliveries. You will work with Saviynt modules such as ARS, Access Certification, Analytics, SOD, custom forms, dashboards, and connectors to HR sources, plus REST/SOAP integrations, SQL/JSON/LDAP skills, and stakeholder engagement. The position is based in Bengaluru and involves collaboration with EY teams to build a better working world.

- In depth IGA experience - functional knowledge on JML, access certification, approvals, reports, access requests
- Saviynt tool implementation knowledge of minimum 2 years
- Project implementation experience in Saviynt – at least 2 projects
- Good experience with Saviynt connectors – both HR source and target systems
- Good Sql, json, ldap knowledge
- Exposure to Saviynt modules - Access Request (ARS), Access Certification, Analytics, SOD(advanced feature), custom forms, reporting, dashboards
- Understanding of integration with REST, SOAP based applications
- Understanding of SAAS, SSL concepts
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Acquainted with new modules of Saviynt – ISPM, TPAG, AAG etc
