What role you will play in our team
The responsibilities of data analytics advisor include developing dashboards and recommending improvements in data collection. Strong communication skills are essential, as they must translate technical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. This role requires expertise in tools like SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau , Power BI) along with a solid foundation in business analytics.
What you will do
- Create interactive dashboards and visual analytics using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Effective use of internal and external datasets through SQL and Enterprise data models.
- Supports business stakeholders by identifying improvement opportunities, guiding users on analytics products.
- Collaboration with IT and business teams to integrate systems
- Design impactful data visualizations, with a strong focus on Tableau / Power BI
- Guide users on analytics tools and products
- Evaluate business requests to recommend optimal analytics solutions
- Understand E&PS functional areas and the metrics that drive the success
About You
Skills and Qualification:
- Expertise in Tableau / Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical thinking:
- Capability to evaluate business requests
- B.S. or equivalent work experience
- Data & Analytics Tools
- Data Modeling & Architecture
- Awareness of data quality standards, validation techniques, and sustainable analytics practices
- Visualization & storytelling by builds dashboards
- Maintan data quality & governance
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- Scrum proficiency
- Professional certifications in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or data science
- Experience in stakeholder management across global teams and time zones
- Workshop facilitation and training delivery for analytics tools and practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for data storage and processing
- Understanding of Scrum methodologies for managing analytics projects
