Join FactSet's Data Solutions group as a DataFeed Implementation Specialist. You will gather client requirements, perform data transformation and filtering, design processing workflows, and handle implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and pre-sales communication. You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and consulting teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to agile product development. The role involves creating tailored data feed solutions using a mix of cloud services, standard data feeds, APIs, and real-time data tools.

Your Team's Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Data Solutions group as DataFeed Implementation Specialist.
The Data Solutions group is responsible for the growth of FactSet’s DataFeed (off-platform) products and solutions. Our aim is to consult & organize our client’s data consumption processes with FactSet proprietary and industry standard delivery solutions.
You will gain exposure to the entire Data Solutions product suite which includes Cloud and Managed Services (Snowflake, AWS, Azure), Standard DataFeeds (SQL Databases), FactSet proprietary content, prices, Partner data and exchange data FactSet Content APIs and Real-time data solutions and learn to design custom solutions tailored to each client using a combination of products.
What You'll Do
Gathering client requirements, preparing sample files, data transformation and filtering, process design, implementation, testing & troubleshooting, and pre-sales client communication.
Working alongside with our sales, product, engineering, consulting teams and other internal teams throughout the implementation process.
Client relationship management
Involvement in product development (working with agile teams, improving existing & new products)
Day to day client engagement
Standardization of client specific tasks
Streamlining data workflows & pipes
External and internal training
Debriefing of complex situations
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
University degree in Data, Business, Technology or other related field
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience
Genuine interest in data, technology, financial markets
Knowledge of financial products and instruments
Data management and Query Language experience
Good understanding of how to navigate through functions in Excel
Fluent English verbal and excellent written communication skills
Desired skills
Good understanding of financial data and Equity/Fixed Income benchmarks
Data modeling experience e.g., SQL, Python
Speaking other languages than English, e.g., German, French
Participation in the CFA Program or technology focused certification programs (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Snowflake Certifications, Power BI)
