We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Alternatives Transformation Business Analyst.

In this role you will:

• Lead the end-to-end business analysis activities across complex change initiatives within Alternatives
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements using appropriate methodologies
• Ensure robust data governance and data quality standards across the Alternatives platform
• Lead solution design for key Alternatives initiatives, including front-to-back operating models, portfolio management, valuation, and reporting solutions
• Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable and compliant system designs
• Conduct thorough data analysis and business process mapping for current state processes and target state solutions
• Lead cross-functional architecture design sessions and working groups involving business, operations, and IT representatives to assess current-state processes and define future-state operating models supporting scalability and growth
• Design and document business process models and workflows across multiple lines of business in Alternative Asset Management

To be successful you will need:

• Experienced in Asset Management or Alternatives with deep understanding of private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Architect within financial services or investment management
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience with SQL and other analytical tools
• Exposure to front-to-back operating models in Alternatives, with hands-on experience with leading alternatives asset management platforms (e.g., Allvue, eFront, Arcesium, Anaplan, Citco Unity or similar)
• Experience within a top-tier investment bank, asset manager, or alternatives-focused financial institution
• Experience with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain in alternatives context
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business vision into technical and operational execution
