Seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst I to lead and support Oracle Cloud EPM implementations (PCMCS and EPBCS) and related enhancements. You will design profitability and cost models in PCMCS, develop planning and budgeting applications in EPBCS, and integrate boundary applications with Oracle EPM while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. The role includes building reports and dashboards, providing technical leadership on integrations and data migrations, ensuring SOX/compliance, and driving automation improvements across EPM and boundary systems. A strong background in SQL, REST APIs, Snowflake, and Agile delivery is required.

Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and enhancements across PCMCS and EPBCS modules.

  • Design and optimize profitability and cost models in PCMCS to support business performance analysis.

  • Develop and maintain planning and budgeting applications in EPBCS, including modules for Financials, Workforce, and CapEx.

  • Integrate and optimize boundary applications (e.g., billing systems, data warehouses, job schedulers, reporting platforms) with Oracle EPM.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define EPM strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans.

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM reporting tools and platforms.

  • Provide technical leadership in EPM integrations, data migrations, and automation initiatives.

  • Support and enhance boundary applications including Revport, Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and financial reporting tools.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and SOX/audit requirements.

  • Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.

  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud EPM updates and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.

  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across EPM and boundary systems.

Work Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with hands-on expertise in PCMCS or EPBCS.

  • Strong understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocation, and enterprise planning processes.

  • Experience integrating and managing boundary applications in a cloud EPM ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM configurations, REST APIs, and data integration tools.

  • Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and financial reporting platforms.

  • Strong SQL, scripting, and automation skills for reporting and data processing.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of mutual fund industry data and processes is highly preferred.

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
