You will drive end-to-end data-driven initiatives, manage data analysis, requirements, testing, governance, and delivery of automation for reporting, calculation, and reconciliation.

Job Summary


As a Cost & Commission Services Analyst within the CCS team, you support the buildout of strategic cost calculation and analytics platforms for FICC OTC products. You collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver automation, process improvements, and robust financial controls across the trade lifecycle. You integrate new solutions, manage project delivery, and drive transparency and cost reduction initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of data-intensive initiatives across FICC OTC products.
  • Partner with business, sales, operations, and technology teams to manage workstreams.
  • Perform deep data analysis on trades, reconciliations, and fee datasets.
  • Elicit and document complex business requirements for technology teams.
  • Leverage SQL, Alteryx, and AI tools for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Design and track project KPIs and delivery metrics.
  • Lead governance and stakeholder forums, providing delivery visibility.
  • Drive automation of reporting, calculation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage JIRA backlogs, dashboards, and sprint artifacts for iterative delivery.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing and production releases.
  • Own exception management processes and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Demonstrate 6+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of FICC OTC products and investment banking.
  • Understand front-to-back trade lifecycle, fees, and reconciliation.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies using JIRA and delivery tools.
  • Analyze and document complex business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

  • Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing, including scenario design.
  • Coordinate manual-to-automated process transitions and risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve data and reporting issues.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for data-driven enhancements.
  • Establish and lead governance forums and executive reporting.
  • Develop strong documentation and audit-ready project artifacts.
  • Utilize SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and automation tools for scalable solutions.
Drive cost analytics and automation for FICC OTC products within CCS, enhancing transparency and financial control.
