As a Custody Client Account Services Team Leader within the CAS Initiations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operational workflows. You will support clients with account and market openings and account maintenance. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions, ensuring a high standard of client service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control daily operational workflows with CAS Initiations
- Support clients with account and market openings, and reporting
- Maintain static data and facilitate account closure processes
- Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate completion of regular and ad-hoc client
- Provide relevant data and analysis to resolve client queries
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals across teams
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a volume-driven environment
- Flexibility to follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Relevant financial industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook

- Experience in client account services or custody operations
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience with process improvement initiatives

- Shift Schedule: Midday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT / 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT
