Data Management Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Data & Analytics team, contributing to the delivery of trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable manner. As a Data Management Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Data & Analytics team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team of professionals to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
•    Contribute to product delivery and analytics support for Firmwide Data Risk Metrics Product.
•    Assist Delivery Lead and Product Managers with analytical requests and ad-hoc reporting.
•    Ensure procedures align with Firmwide Data Risk Standard and Policy, eliminating operational gaps.
•    Conduct deep dive analysis into source data for data risk insights.
•    Identify trends and generate ideas for new policies and best practices through advanced analytics.
•    Serve as the main contact for analytics inquiries from stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Minimum 3 years of MIS delivery experience with exposure to both data transformation and business intelligence
•    Proficient in SQL and excellent understanding of advanced database procedural language constructs like stored procedures, functions, parametrized views.
•    Very good experience building creative visualizations using market leading business intelligence tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau
•    Excellent scripting and data wrangling skills addressing automation use cases employing python or alteryx or any scripting language
•    Strong knowledge of database and data warehouse modeling.
•    Ability to quickly understand and manipulate unfamiliar data environments and conduct end-user requirements analysis.
•    Excellent communication skills with teams, practitioners, and leaders, both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Have visibility to the priorities of the business as well as key challenges.
•    Familiarity with data management and data governance concepts.
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS delivery roles, focusing on data risk and governance.

The role contributes to product delivery & analytics support for data risk metrics delivery function under firmwide data governance.
