As a Reporting Analyst within the MART Global Reporting Team, you deliver critical reporting and analytics across multiple regions and product areas. You ensure robust, audit-ready processes while supporting senior management and operations with actionable insights. You drive automation, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making for the business.
- Analyze large datasets from multiple systems to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
- Develop and publish daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to key control, regulatory, and audit standards.
- Investigate and resolve internal queries related to reports and data.
- Support business needs with timely analysis and performance metrics.
- Synthesize information to provide logical conclusions and recommendations.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for reporting.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Document and implement changes in reporting based on business or regulatory updates.
- Provide analytics on trends, root causes, and business context for reports.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in operations and MIS reporting.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis, data mining, and system analysis skills.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Communicate clearly with all levels of business and technical teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Interpret and convey the impact of policy and procedural changes.
- Drive results through a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Leverage experience in Derivative, Investment Banking Operations, or Regulatory reporting.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Apply strategic thinking to support operational goals and initiatives.
- Operate efficiently in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
- Engage in planning and executing projects or process enhancements.
