We are seeking an experienced and dynamic KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Analytics Solutions Associate I to support our efforts in ensuring compliance, data reporting accuracy, and efficiency within our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. 

As a KYC Quality Assurance Data and Technology Business Analyst, Associate I within our KYC operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our KYC operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Design, implement, and optimize data analysis, reporting, validation, and quality assurance workflows using industry-standard tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with internal data governance frameworks.

  • Nurture creativity and innovation within the KYC Quality Assurance function, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress on projects and strategic initiatives, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communication and adoption between cross-functional teams.

  • Manage an active ad hoc request backlog while integrating automated processes, as applicable.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, controls, and technologies to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the overall business strategy and decision-making process.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Alteryx and SQL. Strong proficiency in creating, querying, and managing complex, connected datasets; manipulating and segmenting data; and generating advanced formulas and calculations.

  • Experience with reporting and data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex data and clearly present key findings.

  • Skilled at merging different data sources and creating useful insights, with a focus on reducing manual work by using automation tools.

  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying and implementing technological advancements to improve operational efficiency.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, analyze and problem solve while managing multiple initiatives, meet deadlines and influence stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Alteryx ‘Designer Advanced’ Certification

  • Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, and industry best practices.
