As a Marketing Delivery Associate Senior in Consumer & Community Banking, you leverage your expertise in marketing automation to design, implement, and optimize solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You lead a team of marketing technologists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social, etc.) using Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other data sources to enable seamless data flow and personalized customer experiences.
  • Oversee data management, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Marketing Cloud specialists and developers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in marketing automation.
  • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate and promote J.P. Morgan’s leadership values by driving business results, setting high standards for execution, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience designing and executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and scripting languages for dynamic content and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external data sources via APIs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and best practices in marketing automation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer, Administrator) strongly preferred.
Lead and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to drive data-driven, personalized marketing campaigns.
