The Reference Data Analyst will manage and control daily operational workflows within CAS Fund Services, supporting fund accounting and trade linkage setups, static data maintenance, and account closures. The role processes fund events (launches, closures, mergers), performs data validation and reconciliations, troubleshoots account issues, and documents procedures for audit and compliance. The analyst will collaborate with fund services and operations on requirements gathering, system enhancements and process improvements, requiring strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.

As a Custody Client Account Services - Team Leader within CAS Fund Services, you'll be responsible for operational management and control of daily workflows. The team supports clients with fund accounting and trade linkages set up including reporting, static data maintenance and account closure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process fund events: Fund Launches, Closures, Mergers, and other Accounting Platform changes.
  • Collaborate with fund services and operations to gather requirements and ensure accurate account configurations.
  • Assist in the implementation of system enhancements  and process improvements.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure system integrity
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for account-related issues.
  • Document procedures and maintain setup records for audit and compliance purposes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • High proficient in Microsoft excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
