Join Macquarie's Cash Equities team as a Senior Technical Business Analyst focused on analysing, designing and implementing trading solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will analyse business processes, design solutions, assist in the development and execution of test plans, and create detailed business requirements, functional specifications and user stories. You will provide training and support to end-users and stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in trading applications.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience in using SQL, JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams and time zones
- An understanding of trading systems, financial markets and trading strategies
- Experience working with global teams and managing projects across different regions.
