Join Macquarie’s Commodity Deal and Logistics Management team as a Transaction Facilitation Analyst in Houston. You will act as a business analyst who maps end-to-end processes, identifies inefficiencies, and partners with Technology and COO teams to design automation or process improvements, while building subject matter expertise across financing structures and systems. You will support the full lifecycle of lending and letters of credit transactions, handling deal onboarding, execution, servicing and funding, and coordinating with clients, syndicate banks, traders, operations, finance, and legal using platforms such as LoanIQ and Salesforce. Expect to manage daily workflows, exception handling, and data/system configurations to enable accurate execution and reporting.

- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret legal documentation, understand deal mechanics, and translate requirements into operational or system outcomes
