Join Macquarie’s Workforce Insights team as a permanent, full‑time Junior role based in Manila. You will contribute to data analysis, help monitor and maintain dashboards and data products, manage access requests, and help resolve basic issues to ensure smooth operations. You’ll develop your skills in building reports and dashboards using Power BI, and collaborate with business users to understand needs and turn data into actionable insights. This role offers exposure to data-driven workforce analytics within a global financial services group.

- Genuine interest in data and how it can be applied to solve real business problems
- Foundational understanding of data analysis or data‑modelling concepts
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to share ideas and collaborate effectively
- Curiosity and a growth mindset demonstrated by asking questions, exploring new approaches and persevering through challenges
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Exposure to, or eagerness to learn, data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Ability or willingness to learn how to write and run SQL queries across platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Starburst Presto or Oracle SQL Server
- Familiarity with, or willingness to build skills in, Microsoft tools like Excel, Power Query or Power Automate.
