Responsible for developing and maintaining automated credit risk reporting and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, VBA) to support Firm Risk Management. The role liaises with risk managers and partner teams, supports data transformation on the reporting layer, evaluates and improves reports/processes, and manages senior management ad-hoc requests.

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Credit Risk Reporting Specialist to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.

In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards, VBA and SQL based automated reporting processes for managing and monitoring risk across FRM
  • Liaise with Risk Reporting colleagues, Risk managers and partner teams
  • Support data transformation efforts on the reporting layer
  • Evaluate existing reports, processes, and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage ad-hoc requests from senior management to ensure timely and accurate responses

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in finance or engineering
  • Expertise in SQL data extraction and manipulation, data visualization tools (Power BI) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Programming skills (preferably VBA)
  • Preferred Knowledge of financial products and Risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in financial reporting and/or computer programming
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to optimize and elevate the quality of our deliverables

Additional skills (nice to have):

  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms
  • Control mindset, with a keen ability to maintain existing reporting controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
