The Automotive SW Program Analyst will closely work with Program Managers to prepare and maintain reports and presentations for ongoing projects. The role requires pulling data from multiple sources, building visualizations (Power BI/Tableau), and using MS Excel/PowerPoint to communicate status and variances. You will coordinate with multiple tech teams across geos, support PMO processes, and help capture meeting notes and action items for closure.

- As an Automotive SW Program Analyst, closely work with Program Managers in preparing and maintaining reports on the ongoing projects/ programs. Should be using tools to prepare the reports and presentations. Participate in the meetings, helps to take notes and action items identified which to be followed up later for the closure.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Support planning/scheduling under supervision of Program Manager
- Strong co-ordination skill as person will be interfacing with multiple tech teams across Geos
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to operate in team environments
- Prepare reports, Escalation to Program Manager or Engineering leads if variance occurs
- Support PMO team in defining and managing processes and procedures to increase the operational efficiency
- Supports process compliance by following best practices and procedures
- Must have strong MS Excel, Power Point, SQL and other DB tools
- Must be able to pull data from disparate sources and develop visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Scrum master experience is desirable.
Qualification:
- BE in Electronics and Communication or computer Science preferred
- Has some experience of working in chipset, telecom or semiconductor company or in equivalent companies
- Strong communication/presentation skills as this role demands a lot of interactions with Sr. Management
- Experience: 3-6 Years
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant work experience.
