Lead the Wealth Lending Business Intelligence function, driving analytics, reporting and insights to support wealth lending products and strategies. Own the development and delivery of dashboards, KPIs and analytical solutions while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. Manage and mentor BI analysts, prioritize initiatives, and ensure data quality, governance and operationalization of analytics.
