Application engineer for BRD (Societe Generale) in Bucharest. Responsible for installation in production / go-live of new platforms and changes in line with ITIL processes for change management. Proactively monitor performance, stability and resilience indicators, and ensure alert thresholds align with evolving business needs end-to-end (application and infrastructure). In incidents, apply immediate corrections (workarounds or final solutions), document incidents, and support preventive measures while participating in business and technical projects to ensure operability and production stability.
