Join a Warsaw-based feature team to maintain and develop Loan IQ, an application used by Structured Finance. You will be part of the LOAN IQ Support Team & Production Chapter, contributing to IT production service quality and user satisfaction, and acting as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include 1st-line support for Loan IQ incidents, informing end users, identifying recurring issues and proposing permanent solutions, developing documentation and knowledge base, performing release quality checks, and preparing SQL-based reports for operations. You will collaborate with development teams and liaise with clients to investigate incidents.
You will join a new Feature Team based in Warsaw, with peers located in France and India.<\/i><\/p>
With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ \u2013 an application used by the Structured Finance teams. As a member of LOAN IQ Support Team & Production Chapter, your goal will be to contribute to the IT production level of service, quality and user satisfaction.<\/i><\/p>
Your goal will be to ensure a Business Analyst role in an Agile environment.<\/i><\/p>
