Acting as the primary second-line escalation point for complex functional issues related to deals origination, you will own incidents from initial report to resolution and communicate with business users. You will analyze production incidents with focus on transactional flows or calculation discrepancies to identify root causes. You will liaise with application users globally to investigate the incidents and use logs and basic database queries for troubleshooting, partnering with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution. You will identify recurring functional issues and contribute to a knowledge base of best practices.
