What you will do:<\/p>

\u00a0Technical & Operational Support for <\/strong>Workforce administration in France:<\/p>

  • Maintains organizational updates for Workforce administration applications as per business requests and report anomalies.<\/li>
  • Ensure end to end support delivery for Workforce administration interdependent applications: master application (new application) and slave application.<\/li>
  • Handle HR actors\u2019 requests: ticket monitoring and closing for each request received on access management, issues on the configuration, new configurations.<\/li>
  • Provide feedback to the client on the opening and closure of the request and if necessary, processing time.<\/li>
  • Creates and Maintains documentation up to date.<\/li>
  • Handle incident management: log, track, and escalate issues to relevant teams.<\/li>
  • Works in a Global Support L2\/L3 team across Romania, France and India as per the Agile@Scale set up.<\/li><\/ul>Profile required
    • Fluent in English and French: minimum B2 level in both written and oral communication.<\/li>
    • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.<\/li>
    • Positive attitude and a cooperative person.<\/li>
