Lead Software Engineer with 7-10 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience, including at least two end-to-end implementations on Oracle HCM interfaces using OIC. The role is techno-functional, requiring solution design, industry best practices, and strong client interaction across multiple business processes. You will design, develop, and configure OIC integrations using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, and manage fault handling, documentation, and issue resolution. The position is based in Bangalore, India with hybrid working arrangements.
