5-8 years of General Ledger Techno-Functional hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and at least two end-to-end GL module implementations. The role requires strong finance functional process knowledge, SQL/PS Queries, and solid SDLC experience in maintenance and implementation environments. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit/gap analyses, writing functional or technical specs, QA testing, and diagnosing PeopleSoft issues; collaborate with users for development, testing and delivery, and apply PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal Reports, Java and HTML. The candidate should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to work hands-on in an IC role.
