Lead System Engineer DRE is responsible for handling global database operations, serving as Exadata admin and primary on-call support for production databases. The role emphasizes BAU activities, ITIL-aligned incident management, performance tuning, and high availability configurations (Log-Shipping, DB Mirroring, Always-ON). The incumbent will plan and execute PSU patching and upgrades for SQL Server, automate BAU tasks, and mentor junior team members in a fast-changing environment. The position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project management experience.
