Technical Integrator - Calypso based in Bangalore, responsible for eliciting and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and user stories for Calypso deployments. You will liaise with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, drive design and delivery plans, and contribute to improvements in functional testing and overall product usability. The role includes training new joiners, guiding deliverables against time and budget, and supporting IS strategy decisions within the conurbation. This is a permanent contract opportunity at SG Global Solution Centre.

Business Requirements Elicitation and Critical Analysis \u2013<\/strong><\/p>

Functional expert, with strong knowledge of end-end business process on Calypso Application<\/strong><\/li>
Expected sphere of influence and collaboration is expected to be immediate team and interfacing teams.<\/strong><\/li>
Skills involving negotiation and convincing are important, but person needn't be an expert.<\/strong><\/li>
Train new joiners and team members functionally on the product, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Design and Solutioning (Impact Analysis and Validations)<\/strong><\/li>
Liaise with all related Business and Support Unit stakeholders, including Product Owner, to analyse and challenge business requirements,<\/strong><\/li>
Leading to functional specifications and detailed user stories<\/strong><\/li>
Suggest better ways of working and delivering the tasks assigned<\/strong><\/li>
Present domain related topics in relevant forums and discussions<\/strong><\/li>
Help to implement decisions taken during IS Strategy Opco\u2019s of her\/his conurbation<\/strong><\/li>
Work out the team's deliverables as per the planning chalked out by the PO<\/strong><\/li>
Make sure that all the deliverables are met as per time, cost and plan<\/strong><\/li>
To help in implementing project\/applications\/services architecture and propose modifications<\/strong><\/li>
To identify pain points and highlight the same along with some high-level solution proposal<\/strong><\/li>
Research to determine if solutions currently exist within calypso or required customization<\/strong><\/li>
Strengthen functional testing strategy definition and activities<\/strong><\/li>
Contribute to Product functional improvement with metrics on business usage<\/strong><\/li>
Validate the effectiveness and coverage of test strategy<\/strong><\/li>
Propose new ways of testing in line with evolving market standards\/practices in QA area. Implementation Strategy and Support<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>Profile required
6 to 10<\/strong>\u00a0years hands on experience as a Business Analyst in Calypso<\/strong><\/li>
Good exposure on Calypso Backoffice function, Message setup, workflow, settlement (SWIFTS), stromg knowledge on Accounting & statements, Settlement instruction, BO Positions & expert in customization around Calypso<\/strong><\/li>
Product Knowledge on capital markets as Securities including Corporate Actions, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Listed and OTC Derivatives<\/strong><\/li>
Able to trouble shoot & out of box thinking for the solutioning & designing<\/strong><\/li>
Ownership attitude & good influencing skill is expected<\/strong><\/li>
Highly motivated, good communication, ability to follow the open point till the closure is expected<\/strong><\/li>
Hands on writing SQL for analysis & good to have Unix commands understanding & basic shell scripts<\/strong><\/li>
Agile environment exposure preferred<\/strong><\/li>
