SGSS Luxembourg is seeking a V.I.E. Business Analyst Developer within Global Operations Support. The role involves analyzing requirements (AS-IS/TO-BE), developing and implementing client and internal solutions, and tracking development progress against timelines. You will contribute to requirements documentation, user guides, SOPs, and drive process innovation within GOS. The assignment is 12 months, based in Luxembourg, with English-language requirements and a Master's degree in a related field.

SGSS Luxembourg provides services to to its Asset Servicing clients on 17 markets with investors covering 160 countries across the world. Global Operational Support aims to understand business requirements and provide solution that helps to automate, enhance, optimise and streamline the value chain. Within this service, the VIE will have the opporttunity to collaorate with developers and assist them in implementing the relevant user guides.<\/p>
The VIE will be reporting to the GOS Manager and will support the team in the following tasks:<\/p>
- Analyse the requirements (AS IS and TO BE processes)<\/li>
- Develop and implement client and\/or internal solutions<\/li>
- Follow-up the progression of the developments in line with planned timeframe<\/li>
- Contribute to the writing of the requirements, the user guides and the Standard Operating Models (SOP)<\/li>
- Contribute to bring innovation withing GOS (Establish a Flow-in and Flow-out mapping, implement flow descriptions, etc...)

- Good communication and presentation skills<\/li>
- Proficient\/Good command of MS Office<\/li>

This VIE in Luxemburg <\/strong>is to begin as soon as possible,<\/strong> but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.<\/strong><\/p>
