twentyAI are supporting a leading Private Equity firm on the hunt for a Finance Systems Analyst responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimising the applications under the finance domain, particularly the Unit4 (Agresso) platform, with a strong focus on Finance processes and financial control.

The role combines functional expertise in Unit4 Financials with hands-on technical development to ensure the ERP reliably supports accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The role will also provide support across other finance domain platforms including SAP Concur, FIS Investran, and other peripheral applications, as well as reporting layers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Finance domain systems, which include Unit4 (Primary) as well as SAP Concur, FIS Investran, and other peripheral applications.
• Troubleshoot postings, reconciliations, workflows, access, reporting, and integration issues.
• Maintain ticket logs and track SLAs.
• Liaise with IT, vendors, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain system configuration including roles, permissions, workflows.
• Support period-end close and data integrity reviews.
• Assist in audit preparation and controls documentation.
• Configure chart of accounts, posting rules, workflows, VAT rules, bank formats.
• Manage data models, Flexi Fields, attributes, reporting hierarchies.
• Support data uploads, journal imports, and master data updates.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Document business requirements and assist with configuration changes.
• Maintain system documentation and process notes.
• Support testing: test scripts, UAT, regression testing.
• Support maintenance and improvement of financial reports.
• Deliver user training and produce training materials.
• Provide support across other Technology domains when required.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience supporting Unit4 (Agresso) across AR, AP, GL, Projects modules.
• Experience in supporting Expense management tools (eg SAP Concur)
• Experience with ticketing tools (Fresh, ServiceNow, etc.).
• SQL or basic scripting understanding (Unit4 Studio Scripts), workflows and integrations development skills.
• Experience with audit processes and financial year-end.
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Excelerator, ARC, SSRS/XML, Power BI).
• Ability to prioritise workload, manage and progress different tasks.
• Willingness to learn and support applications / tools outside of your domain of experience.
