Build and maintain a book of business with agency partners and advertising clients, serving as the primary face and point of contact. Develop a deep understanding of partners' business goals and provide data-driven insights to help them succeed on our platform. Nurture a high-volume portfolio with upsell/cross-sell/activation, owning end-to-end sales from pipeline origination to post-close account management, including pricing, quotes, and CRM documentation. Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials and track key metrics to drive revenue growth.

Inside Sales Account Representative- Agency Partner Manager
Build and maintain a book of business with agency partners, developing and growing long-term relationships as the ‘face’ & first point of contact for your partners and advertising clients
Gain an in-depth understanding of your partner’s business goals in their respective mark, offering educated insights to help them succeed and bring more of their client’s business to our platform
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
Has end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close account management.
May create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
Qualify Sales Development Representatives’ leads
Participate in client management calls
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
Consult with partners that are out in the field and can either be client partners or outside third-party vendors
Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and be able to use LinkedIn to identify potential target
Participates in the development of materials needed for campaign/program
