Join Adobe as a Business Development Representative supporting the Digital Experience team, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline opportunities using an account-based approach. You will build awareness within target accounts through outbound campaigns, collaborate with AEs, marketing, and partners, and drive a healthy pipeline to support revenue growth. The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Digital Experience team, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will engage technology and business decision-makers by initiating meaningful, value-driven conversations. In this role, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline opportunities. Through an account-based sales development approach, you will help build a healthy pipeline that drives revenue growth. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building and executing personalized prospecting campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other communication channels
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets to support territory revenue goals and pipeline linearity
Build awareness within target accounts through ongoing email campaigns and drive attendance to live events and online webinars
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Digital Experience products
Confidently handle and overcome prospect objections
Develop trusted relationships and collaborate effectively within the sales ecosystem (AEs, marketing, and partners)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe’s solutions and competitive positioning in the marketplace
What You Need to Succeed
Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a metrics-driven sales environment
Experience accurately managing lead and account data in a CRM system
Prior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
Strong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills
Proficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniques
High level of motivation driven by both individual and team success
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility within a growing and evolving sales organization
Willingness to occasionally travel to support marketing events or tradeshows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
