JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Education Account Executive to accelerate Adobe Korea’s Higher Education and Ministry of Education sector. This role will also cover key public sector education entities, including the Offices of Education, which are a major focus area for our go-to-market. In this role, you will build trusted relationships with academic leaders and key stakeholders, drive new business and expansion opportunities (Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Adobe Express and Firefly), and work closely with channel partners and internal teams to deliver measurable adoption and customer outcomes!

What you’ll do:

  • Account Strategy & Growth: Own account planning across universities and school/district ecosystems, driving net-new and expansion opportunities end-to-end.

  • Education Stakeholder Engagement: Build long-term relationships with university and Office of Education decision-makers, including leadership, faculty, IT, and educator communities.

  • Solution & Value Selling: Position Adobe’s Creative and Document platforms, including responsible GenAI with Firefly, through outcomes-based selling and education-specific use cases.

  • Channel & Ecosystem Execution: Co-sell with distributors, resellers, and partners through joint planning, enablement, and deal execution.

  • Adoption, Renewal & Lifecycle: Partner cross-functionally to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and footprint expansion while reducing churn.

  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Manage forecasting, CRM reporting, procurement/RFPs, and ensure adherence to Adobe policies, pricing, and licensing!

What you'll need to get started:

  • Experience: 5+ years of education sales or account management experience in software/SaaS, IT, or EdTech (education/public sector sales experience strongly preferred)

  • Education Market Understanding: Practical knowledge of Korea’s Higher Education and education market, including procurement cycles, budgeting patterns, and customer decision dynamics

  • Consultative Selling: Proven ability to run structured discovery, articulate business value, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Partner/Channel Management: Experience collaborating with channel partners (distributors/resellers/SIs) and driving outcomes through a partner ecosystem.

  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills in Korean and working-level English; comfortable presenting to senior interested parties and running workshops

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to manage forecasts and interpret pipeline/usage data to drive prioritization and decision-making; hands-on CRM field (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Attitude: Ownership, curiosity, and resilience in a dynamic market; strong collaboration skills and a customer-first approach

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
