Responsible for expanding Adobe’s Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical in India by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that meet customer needs. Builds long-term C-level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs and CEOs to drive revenue growth while understanding industry trends. Leads strategic account planning, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with presales, consulting, implementation partners, and the partner management team to achieve targets and adhere to Adobe’s selling methodology.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Mumbai or Chennai

Experience-8-13 years

This position is responsible for growing Adobe’s Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs. It will involve building long-term C Level customer relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs and CEOs, understanding the industry trends while growing Adobe’s revenue in this segment. 

Sales Acumen : Strategic account planning capabilities to increase Adobe's footprint in each assigned account. Build and nurture "high revenue" & critical "Long Term" relationships with some of Adobe APAC's largest clients and across various levels of an organization from CXOs to the operational levels. Lead Negotiations & deal closures while maintaining forecasting accuracy and adhering to Adobe’s practices. Manage long & consultative sales cycles and to guide a cross functional team to achieve the assigned targets and ensure adherence to Adobe’s selling methodology. 

Eye For Business & C Suite relationships : Possess strong Cross-Industry domain expertise Ability to build C Level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CEOs to open doors to enable/influence deals. Ability to build an abstraction between the technology itself and the core business benefits which are easily understandable by C Level executives at customers

Sales Excellence & Efficiency : Maintain data hygiene around sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Create, review and implement a business plan for the assigned vertical with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs in line with Adobe's vision Maintain operations excellence across all facets of the business from Sales, Operations,  collections and solution adoption

Manage Eco-system Relationships : Collaborate and leverage relationships with presales, consulting and the partner management teams to develop and implement the India GTM strategy Work with Implementation Partners to increase Adobe’s penetration in the accounts. 

Integrity & Compliance : Ensure that proper security & legal compliance measures are always applied and followed. Take ownership of every proposal generated by the Evaluation and Offering team and present to customers
