The opportunity
Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Team in the Western region is looking for a proactive Sales Leader, responsible for leading our Spanish and Italian Team of Enterprise Sales Account Executives . This leader should be familiar with selling enterprise software in SAAS and have experience leading by example. This individual is ideally capable of getting up to speed quickly, building teams, closing new business and leading high-level relationships.
The candidate should also be motivated by innovation to promote Adobe AI sales plays in the core of the business Transformation of Our Enterprise Customers.

As a Manager of Enterprise Sales for Spain and Italy you will lead a high caliber enterprise sales team. You will define sales strategy and lead by example across top C level customers, as well as define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth within enterprise accounts.
The Adobe Creativity & Productivity Business Unit focuses on advancing state of the art content and driving digital transformation of industries. It provides tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses, and enterprises to create, publish, promote, manage and monetize their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud powered by advanced AI capabilities like Adobe Firefly and Adobe AI Assistant.
Adobe’s creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, Business professionals consumers and more. Through our connected apps and services, customers have all the tools and assets they need to create and manage content across desktop and mobile devices.
What you’ll do
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team Account Executives, focusing on skill development, product knowledge, and sales strategy execution. Hire, empower and provide training to increase efficiency and skill sets of employees. Strong understanding of unique individuals and how to adapt to different coaching styles.
- Solution Selling: Be in the field and empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling, positioning Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud as a key component in customers’ creative transformation journey and building compelling, value-based proposals.
- Customer engagement: Establish, develop and maintain strong executive level relationships across current and future industry-leading enterprise clients (i.e. Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, High Tech, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Products and Financial Services) and partners, and be a leading industry voice within Digital Marketing. Work with your Account Executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities, business models and channels to extend Adobe’s market reach and drive new revenue.
- Strategic Alignment & Revenue Generation: Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies across Adobe Portfolio Drive new revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Manage Weekly reporting, pipeline development, market trend analysis, and foster strong relationships with the business unit and product teams.
- Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, working closely with agency partners, solution consultants, and Adobe’s marketing team to drive market presence and generate leads.
- Customer Success & Engagement: Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical, aligning with Adobe’s market positioning to enhance credibility and sales traction.
What You Need to Succeed
- Enterprise Management Sales Experience: Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a clear track record of exceeding sales quotas and expanding market share. 10+ years of experience in pure sales with a minimum of 3 years leading a direct sales team.Ideal candidates will have experience in generative AI space, or direct experience with Adobe.
- People Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales professionals, with a strong focus on coaching and career progression.
- Executive-Level Sales Experience: Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, particularly with CMOs and digital leaders, highlighting Adobe’s unique value proposition.
- Solution Selling Expertise: Ability to guide the team in crafting tailored, win-win proposals that demonstrate Adobe Firefly’s value in generative AI.
- Networking & Deal-Making: Skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing sophisticated deals in new areas, leveraging a well-developed network.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Proven track record to drive operational efficiencies in a start-up-like environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and outstanding negotiation skills.
- Agility & Teamwork: Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining focus and organization in the face of shifting priorities.
- Ambition & Drive: Motivated by growth and success, with a sharp vision for advancing within Adobe’s sales leadership track.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Languages: Italian and/or Spanish (both is ideal) + Full Proficiency in English
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
