Adobe Presales Solution Architect drives multiple customer opportunities in parallel, designing technical solutions and compelling proposals with engagement approaches, timelines, and estimates. You will lead discovery sessions to understand key business needs, use cases, and technical requirements, and articulate architectures to customers and internal stakeholders. You will develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements and help customers understand Adobe’s diverse capabilities to drive transformation with solutions in AJO, CDP, Campaign, and CJA.

Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel and Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement & execution approach, timelines , estimates. Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand their key business needs, implementation use cases and technical requirements. Communicate confidently and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle. Problem solve, build strategies and create innovative solution architectures uniquely tailored to customer objectives. Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements. Help customers understand Adobe’s diverse capabilities to drive transformation Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team’s knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner. Identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success criteria Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs) Trusted colleague who can collaborate with multiple team members to arrive at the best solution High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines.
