The Opportunity

As a Senior Solutions Consultant in Adobe’s Digital Media business, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them realise measurable business value through Adobe’s Document Cloud and Creative solutions. You will use your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative approach to lead complex sales cycles, deliver engaging demonstrations, and support customers on their digital transformation journey.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to guide technical evaluations and align Adobe solutions to business objectives. You will represent the technical voice of Adobe in customer engagements - from executive briefings to hands-on workshops - clearly demonstrating how our solutions integrate into real-world workflows. Through strong storytelling, problem-solving, and customer focus, you will help drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with customers and partners.
 

What you’ll do

  • Lead complex deal cycles and support strategic revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
  • Facilitate engaging customer meetings, including executive briefings and technical workshops.
  • Using a consultative approach to run discovery sessions to identify business goals, workflows, and customer challenges.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that show clear business value.
  • Provide technical guidance on document automation, creative workflows, and solution design.
     

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-sales, or Solutions Engineering within a tech organisation.
  • Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, closing deals and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, IT, and business functions
  • Experience in digital transformation, document workflows, or creative content production.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and solution-focused engagements.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations and methods such as REST, security concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
