Join Adobe's Enterprise Digital Media Solutions Consulting team as a Senior Solutions Consultant focused on Creative Cloud and Firefly. The opportunity
We’re looking for a Creative Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Enterprise Digital Media Solutions Consulting team.
This role sits at the intersection of creative practice, business outcomes, and emerging AI-powered workflows. You’ll work with enterprise customers to help them modernise how creative work gets done- from ideation through to production, collaboration, and scale, using Adobe Creative Cloud and Firefly technology.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Creative Cloud experience, understands the realities of creative and marketing teams, and is curious about how generative AI and evolving workflows can unlock new ways of working for enterprise organisations.
What you’ll do
Lead discovery conversations and workshops with enterprise customers to understand creative processes, challenges, and goals
Translate customer needs into clear, compelling solution narratives using Creative Cloud, generative AI capabilities, and end-to-end content workflows
Partner closely with Sales, Specialists, and broader solution teams to support complex enterprise opportunities
Apply deep product expertise to deliver executive-ready presentations and demonstrations that focus on outcomes, value, and practical impact
Help customers move beyond individual tools toward connected creative workflows, including collaboration, review and approval, content reuse, and scale
Stay current on generative AI trends and creative workflow evolution, bringing relevant insights into customer conversations
Contribute to internal storytelling, enablement, and best practices as our creative and AI narrative continues to evolve
Influence Adobe product roadmaps by capturing customer requirements and distilling real-world enterprise feedback.
Represent Adobe at industry events, customer advisory boards, and technical conferences as an expert practitioner.
What you will need to succeed
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, across design, video, and/or digital content creation
Exceptional discovery and consultative skills, with the ability to lead whiteboarding, ideation, and solution-mapping sessions.
Experience working with or alongside creative, marketing, brand, or content teams, with an understanding of real-world creative workflows
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including creative leaders and business decision-makers
A clear interest in generative AI and the future of creative work, with a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning
Executive presence and polished communication skills, including experience presenting to C-suite and managing multi-stakeholder decision processes.
