Responsible for selling Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to the Financial Services industry, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with executives, establish and maintain executive-level relationships, and lead strategic account planning across global accounts. The role requires 8+ years of enterprise solution sales experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and deep knowledge of the DX portfolio (content, data, MA) to maximize business opportunities. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is required.

Job Responsibilities
Solution sales of Adobe’s Experience Cloud into Financial Services
Identify and develop new business opportunities, business models, and channels to extend Adobe’s market reach and drive new revenue
Executive engagement: Represent Adobe with the utmost professionalism and effectively establish and maintain relationships at an executive level with customers and partners
Instill guidelines for business development, account management, and opportunity management, including leading strategic account planning
Accomplish individually assigned Sales Quotas both quarterly and annually with full accountability
Internal/external stakeholder management: Effectively collaborate with internal eco-systems, locally and globally, including business support teams, global peers, professional services teams, and alliance partners
A pro at operational excellence including accurate forecasting and pipeline generation & progression
Skill Requirements
A passion for sales, strong client management skills aligned with a strong and successful track record of enterprise solution sales with large size accounts >$1M
Self-motivated and able to conduct pipeline creation activities and plan sales activities against a given budget
Holistic knowledge to maximize business opportunity in DX business by fully taking advantage of our solution portfolio such as content solutions, data solutions, and MA solutions (e.g., CMS, DAM, EC, CDP, Analytics, Personalization, MA)
8+ years of experience in solution sales, consulting, or business development in the Financial Services industry. Experience in software sales or digital marketing is preferred
Established relationships with executives / CXO level in clients and partners
Proven sales rigor with regards to account management, account planning, pipeline development, opportunity management, and reporting
Experience working within a Global Account sales environment is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills
