Role to drive Adobe Substance 3D growth in China as a 3D Solution Sales Specialist, partnering with Creative Cloud AEs to uncover opportunities, articulate customer value, and support deal closure. The role requires deep 3D domain expertise, delivering Substance 3D demos, solution presentations, and technical workshops to customers across industries. It requires 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales / Technical Sales in 3D or CG, hands-on proficiency with 3ds Max and Maya, and fluent Mandarin with English working proficiency. You will collaborate with AEs to understand customer 3D workflows and pipelines to identify pain points and propose Adobe Substance 3D solutions.

Role Summary

We are hiring a 3D Solution Sales Specialist to drive Adobe Substance 3D growth in China.
This role works closely with Account Executives (AE), providing deep 3D domain expertise to uncover opportunities, articulate customer value, and support deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Creative Cloud AEs to identify, develop, and close Substance 3D opportunities
  • Understand customer 3D workflows and professional requirements across industries
  • Deliver Substance 3D demos, solution presentations, and technical workshops
  • Identify pain points in customer 3D pipelines and propose Adobe Substance 3D solutions
  • Act as a solution consultant throughout the sales cycle

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as Solution Consultant / Pre-sales / Technical Sales in 3D or CG industry
  • Hands-on proficiency with 3ds Max, Maya (required)
  • Strong understanding of 3D workflows (modeling, texturing, materials, pipeline)
  • Strong collaboration approach; proven experience working with AEs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent Mandarin; English working proficiency
