The Business Development Executive (BDE) will own and develop end-user relationships to drive adoption of AMD's full portfolio across Korea, based in Seoul. You will collaborate with end customers, VARs, system integrators, and distribution partners to accelerate OEM sales in the Korean market and execute AMD’s go-to-market strategy across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB segments (PC Client, Server, Cloud, Workstation, Data Centre Graphics, and Thin Client). The role requires developing and managing a multi-quarter pipeline (SFDC), achieving revenue, unit, and market-share targets, and expanding AMD’s market presence through strategic partnerships with OEMs, SIs, VARs, and ISVs such as Microsoft. Preferred candidates have demonstrated success in enterprise tech sales and experience with OEMs (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS) and cross-functional collaboration.

THE ROLE: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will own and develop end-user relationships to drive adoption of the full AMD portfolio across Korea. Based in Seoul , the BDE will collaborate closely with end customers, VARs, system integrators, and distribution partners to accelerate OEM sales in the Korean market. This role is responsible for executing AMD’s go-to-market strategy and expanding our presence across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB segments, spanning PC Client, Server, Cloud, Workstation, Data Centre Graphics, and Thin Client solutions. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A strong competitive drive and a passion for winning High levels of confidence, maturity, and integrity An open and effective communication style & capable of engaging from frontline sales to senior executive levels Trustworthiness and professionalism in all internal and external interactions Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and translate them into actionable internal requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve AMD revenue, unit, and market share targets Manage an accurate forecast and multi-quarter pipeline (SFDC) Develop and execute sales-out and go-to-market strategies to expand AMD’s market share Serve as the primary AMD representative to key enterprise, and corporate customers across Korea Identify customer challenges and present compelling AMD value propositions Leverage existing relationships with Korean SIs, VARs, resellers, and channel ecosystems Maintain strong working relationships with Partner Sales teams at OEMs such as HPi, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, and others Engage with strategic ecosystem partners such as Microsoft and relevant ISVs PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will ideally bring: Experience working directly with OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Supermicro, ASUS, Oracle, Cisco, and others Demonstrated success in a similar enterprise business development or technology sales role Proven ability to build strong customer relationships that translate into consistent sales results Progressive experience in IT, cloud, or infrastructure technology sales Experience in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS sales and/or consulting is a plus Experience navigating and influencing within a cross-functional, matrixed organization A proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to thrive in an autonomous environment LOCATION: Seoul, Korea #LI-CC6 #LI-HYBRID #LI-DNI Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
