Responsible for driving the AMD embedded x86 sales revenue target and market share in the Great China region. Partners with channel partners and internal teams on demand creation activities and builds strategies to maximize design wins. Manages AMD x86 customers’ business and expands ODM partner channel management to achieve growth acceleration, ramp revenue, year-over-year growth, and increased market share while outperforming the competition.

This position is responsible for driving the AMD embeded x86 sales revenue target and market share in Great China region. He/She will work with our Channel partners and internal teams on demand creation activities as well as build strategies to maximize design wins. Manage AMD x86 customers' business and expend ODM partners Channel management skills Achieve growth acceleration target, that is, meet revenue ramp up rate for desired product series Achieve year on year growth targets for the region. Meet local demand creation revenue target Increase market share by and outperform competition. Requirements 10+ years sales and account management in semiconductor and/or market experience A passion for achieving challenging revenue target, design wins and market share goals Proven track record of successful account management experience for strategic account Work well in a fast paced environment and a great team worker A strong sense of urgency to address customer issues Able to work independently and meet customers demanding needs/priorities Good understanding of customer business initiatives, challenges and industry trends to identify ways for customers to increase their competitive advantage Ability to engage with different levels of customers to get accurate project information and market forecast to win business A strong business background is required to understand customers technical requirements and engage in solutions selling Learn quickly from mistakes and overcome adversities, failures and challenging situation Good collaborative skills to mobilize and coordinate internal resources efficiently to support different requirements of a project #LI-CC1 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
